Respect for all participants in club activities is mandatory. If you have a personal feud, leave it on the doorstep to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the club.
If another member offends you, please take the matter directly to administration for them to take the right course of action.
The club operates around honesty and fairness. Any cheating, lying, or stealing is strictly prohibited.
The use of foul language (upon administrative judgment) is prohibited in our club.
The failure to follow any of these rules can result in immediate expulsion from the club.

You are allowed to have a prefix or suffix to a registration name when submitting a registration.
Affixes not accepted are: ROM, CH, HOF, GRCH, or PEC.
You should not use an affix that is registered by another member if they do not approve.
You may share affixes, but the affix can only be registered by one member.

Equine must fit their breed standard to be registered. We recommend you read it before submitting an equine for registration.

Animal must be from an accepted file unless being registered as a Grade Horse or Grade Pony.

Registered names can only be 30 characters long (including spaces).
Equine should be standing or posing so the body is to the side, but the head is looking towards the camera.
Both eyes and at least one nostril must be visible in registration image.
Images cannot be edited (transparent included). The only editing allowed is merging another picture if needed for fitting registration requirements.
Animals must not have their .pet file altered (this includes changing the eyelids).
Equines cannot have gender switched.
