Terms of Use

"We" and "the club" stand for the Petz Equine Club and its owner(s). "You" stands for the users and members that come to our website.

To put things simply: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Or contact an administrator if you suspect foul play.

We expect you to not swear, post anything discriminating, vulgar, or offensive.

We expect everyone to be fair and honest. Any cheating, lying, or stealing may result in being banned from the club.

We have the right to suspend or ban you from the club (main site and forum) if you don't follow our rules. Please make sure you follow them.

The club is for the game of Petz (Petz 3, 4, and 5 - not the newer games) that belonged to PF.Magic and then was sold to Ubisoft. The game is a virtual petz game, and you need to purchase the game(s) to be able to participate in the club events.

The site is "as is". It shouldn't cause any problems, but if it does - contact an administrator. Not all features for the site are up at this time, though they will come every now and then when they are completed.

We have the right to change any portion of the site at any time if we feel it necessary unless otherwise against the Terms of Use/Service of those we are hosted by or use of other services such as 4images.
